Worthy Of Abundance
As a child, did you feel worthy of abundance? If you didn’t, chances are an adult who didn't feel worthy of abundance made you think that way. As a child, didn't you wake up excited to play? To go outside and explore with friends, invent games, make toys out of stuff, and play with toys given to you as an example of your worthiness of abundance? The toys given to you came from nowhere because you had no real concept of what work was. You weren’t made to go out and get a job so you could buy your own toys. You didn't have to pay for your own food and clothing. And yes, everybody's circumstances are different, and we are born into other circumstances for various reasons. But for the most part, we lived in a certain amount of innocence as a child. That changed as we got older and became more capable of participating in the needs of maintaining our existence in this life. Maybe we were given chores, and perhaps we did get jobs to help support ourselves or our families. But still, we maintained a certain level of innocence about our worthiness to receive. Many of us didn’t get raised that way or perhaps felt unworthy because of beliefs supported by adults who didn't feel worthy and projected their lack of worthiness onto others.
The universe doesn't work that way. We don't have to do anything to feel or be worthy of abundance. Abundance is our birthright; we have the right to as much or as little abundance as we desire. All of us desire abundance in some form. Each of us may define abundance in our own way, but intrinsically, we all desire abundance. No one innately wants scarcity or lack. Even the universe doesn't choose lack. The universe is constantly creating, even when it is creating so-called lack. Where there is a lack, there is always abundance. The lack of one thing means there is an abundance of something else. Creating shortage is a form of abundance because it makes an abundance of lack. We are also constantly creating an abundance of scarcity or fortune. Whatever we desire. But what if lack isn't what we want, and we are still manifesting it? Why would that be? It goes back to feeling worthy or believing we are worthy. The universe doesn't withhold anything from us; we are the ones that withhold it from ourselves. If we genuinely desire fortune and abundance but experience lack, then some part of us doesn't feel worthy. It can't be because we aren’t doing the right thing or don't have the right job. The right job would present itself magically if we felt worthy of the abundance that job would produce. We can let go of any idea that we must do anything to be worthy of abundance. We are worthy. It is our birthright.
Our forefathers understood that and so did the land's indigenous people. Think of the Native American Indians that lived in tribes and villages. Their abundance came directly from nature or the universe. They didn't go out and get jobs to come back with money and buy things. The worthiness they experienced came directly from their relationship to the land and the universe or the Great Spirit. And they weren’t made to feel unworthy as individuals because they were protected and supported by their tribe. Of course, they each had roles to play and responsibilities that were a part of the efficiency and effectiveness of their community. There was a direct relationship in how the community supported the efficiency and effectiveness of the individual. So long as everyone’s needs were met, every person’s needs were met because the tribe came first. This philosophy allowed everyone to thrive or no one to thrive. And in doing so, everyone was given the same level of worthiness as a birthright. If an individual within the tribe wasn't thriving or the tribe wasn't thriving, then it could be related to something other than worthiness.
Most tribes in America thrived for centuries until European settlers introduced commerce to them. Not in the form of trade because trading was a custom among the tribes already. Europeans introduced commerce in the form of money to the tribes, which is when scarcity and lack became a part of many Native American cultures. Along with commerce in the form of money came a more defined scale of worthiness. In other words, objects that had been traded based on necessity, availability, goodwill, and camaraderie before now had a price structure. And that price structure began to define an object's worthiness or value rather than being determined by its intrinsic value.
Therefore, the amount of money an individual held began to define their worthiness by their ability to pay for an object's price structure. In essence, the innocence of the Native Americans began to get lost in the belief that the acquisition of wealth or money to acquire things made one person more worthy than another. In this belief system, scarcity began to creep into their consciousness because wealth was associated with money rather than the Great Spirit or the Universe as the source.
The universe and God, which are One, are the source of all abundance, including money and other forms of wealth. And as children of the light, it is our birthright to inherit that wealth in whatever form or amount we desire. All we have to do is ask, and “it shall be given.” When we do ask, we must know with absolute certainty that we are worthy of whatever amount we desire. We can be so confident that rather than asking, we have the full authority to demand our birthright of abundance from the universe. It is better that we do because by demanding, we anchor the knowing that we are worthy into our consciousness so deeply that demanding more and ever-increasing wealth and abundance from the limitless supply of the universe becomes second nature. It becomes just like writing yourself a check from a bank account containing an endless money supply. The money is there for the having; why not demand that you have it? That way, when given to you, you will know it is because you are worth it.
Our lives are meant to be fulfilling. We are more fulfilled when we offer some form of abundance in the world. A tree provides oxygen, rocks offer stability, wind offers energy, water gives sustenance, and the sun provides light and heat. Everything has a purpose and something to share. We are the source of abundance in human form, and God offers abundance through us. We are all God serving God. By acting through us to serve another human being, one aspect of God is serving another part of God. God is serving God. So, when we offer abundance through our gifts and talents, another form of abundance is provided to us. We are vessels of abundance. Our love and light come through us directly from Source. All the abundance that comes through us in whatever form it takes comes directly from the Source. When we offer it out into the world, it returns to the source, where it is used to serve other aspects of God.
The circle of life is constantly coming from and returning to Source in the form of one individualized part of God consciousness serving another part to keep the cycle of life flowing. Whatever need or desire we have is within that cycle of life that is continuously free-flowing. So whatever form of abundance we offer into it from our gifts and abilities flows back to us in another form of abundance that fulfills all our needs and desires. When we create beliefs that aren’t the truth of our being, we place obstacles within the flow of the cycle of life. And in doing so, obstruct the constant flow of abundance into our lives. We are the continuous flow of abundance because we are the cycle of life. As aspects of the divine, we are the flow of energy moving through us in the form of creative thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. Limitless ideas of abundance and the thoughts that create them come from the Infinite Mind of God within us. The finite mind of man attaches limiting beliefs of abundance to the limitless ones that come from God because of fear. By letting go of fear and allowing the flow of source consciousness to pass through us and take form in the physical world, our dreams of wealth and abundance become a reality, just as our creative ideas become a reality without fear stopping them.
Our life force is a magnet for attracting energy. It draws energy like itself. Putting energy of abundance out into the world attracts abundance back into our world. There is something/nothing about the magnetic process that needs to be clarified. Using an iron magnet to pick up metal will attract it immediately. But if you place something between the magnet and metal that doesn't attract metal, it will not pick it up. If you place doubt, fear, and lack of worthiness between the gift, talent, or ability you offer the world and the abundance you desire, you will fail to attract it to you. You are the continuous flow of abundance in whatever quality or amount you wish. But when you qualify the amount you truly want with fear or feelings of unworthiness, you will not attract the amount you desire into your possession.
“I Am the continuous flow of abundance” means that God within me is the source of my abundance and continuously gives me what I believe I am worthy of. God's supply is limitless, as is Its ability to supply it. As God beings, our supply and ability to supply it are within us. God would never withhold anything from himself. That is abundantly evident in God serving God everywhere we look. So why would we withhold anything from ourselves? We are God beings. We are worthy.
