Imagineering
We are “imagineering” our reality every day. Either by building images of fear and worry or by constructing images of love, abundance, prosperity, health, and happiness. What you “image” or (imagine) may ultimately become fact if held mentally for long enough and with sufficient faith. Believing in doubt, fear, worry, or defeat is a form of faith in what you don't want. Believing in love, prosperity, happiness, health, and wealth is the form of faith that will lead to those qualities and experiences in your life. Whatever image we tend to hold long enough becomes our reality. If your mind tends to be filled with thoughts of worry, anxiety, fear, or even ill will towards someone, there are several ways to break the pattern.
It's important to remember that the mind is like a recording device: whatever you feed it, it records and plays back to you. That is why silence can be a great way to break the pattern by not feeding it anything. Even 10 minutes a day of silent meditation can be a big help. Time in nature, exercise, playtime, or time spent with others can all take your mind off fear and worry. As long as you're not talking about what you're afraid of or worried about the whole time you're with them. So breaking the pattern of speech is also important. Find positive ways of speaking and things to talk about rather than negative ones. Then the mind will start to focus on positive things rather than negative ones as well.
Remember, the mind is like a recording device: whatever you feed it, it records and plays it back to you in a continuous loop through the subconscious. So be conscious of what you feed it. Set boundaries for yourself with what you consume through social media, movies, music, and all forms of media. Read something positive and uplifting every day.
And observe the language you use when speaking to yourself. Do you tend to be harsh or negative towards yourself? Or are you kind, compassionate, and loving? Self-talk is our most common form of communication, so how you speak to yourself and your body is vital, as it shapes your self-image. It is hard to have a positive self-image if your self-talk is always negative. And our self-image is the lens through which we image the rest of the world.
When you hear yourself speaking harshly or negatively to yourself or about yourself, catch yourself and consider whether you would want other people to speak to you that way. Or whether you would want to speak to them that way. Most people speak to themselves with far more judgment than they do toward others. But our self-judgment spills over into our other relationships because when we record judgment into our consciousness, no matter what form it takes, our consciousness plays it back to us in other situations as well. The same is true of fear, worry, and negativity. So start by being conscious of how you speak and communicate with yourself, and consciously choose to be loving and compassionate with yourself rather than prodding and self-ridiculing. That alone will begin to break the pattern of negativity, fear, and anxiety.
Philosophers as far back as Plato said, “If you want to change your reality, change your mind.” One of the best ways to do that is to change what you feed it. Because in a very large way, you are what you consume. So maybe instead of doomscrolling for hours on end, why not break that habit by reading a book or something positive, letting it absorb into your consciousness, and change your reality?
Here's a way to quiet your mind quickly: place your hand on your high-heart, where your Sea of Tranquility is located. And just bring your heart and mind into coherence. The quietness of your heart will quiet the mind as well. Relax your solar plexus and breathe softly and gently into your belly. Close your eyes to quiet your mind and focus on the breath.
Then call your Higher Self into action to pour Golden White Light through all conditions in your mind and body and to remove all discordant things there forever.
Just know that when you call it into action, your Higher Self does exactly what you ask it to do. And the more you do it, the more you will feel Its presence radiate that light down through your crown to the bottom of your feet to cleanse your physical, mental, emotional, and etheric bodies, and purify your entire auric field, being, and your world of all discordant energy, which will help to dissipate the thoughts of fear and worry.
God bless you
